As of June 2010, we at HUPS believe the next president of Harding University will be one of the following individuals (listed in no particular order):
Bruce McLarty
Bryan Burks
Monte Cox
Charles Ganus
Nathan Mellor
Cheri Yecke
Michael Williams
Larry Long
Keith Cronk
There are a small number of qualified (by HU standards) people outside the current Harding orbit, but as we all know, the odds of Harding hiring an outsider to be its next president are greater than the odds of the College Church rolling in a praise band.
Over the next few days and weeks, we'll take a detailed look at each of the above individual's pros and cons, and will handicap that person's odds for becoming Harding's next president.
